How Orthodontics Matching Works in Ashburn, VA - Four Steps, Free

Step 1: tell us about the patient and the bite

Two minutes of accurate detail is what lets a practice respond usefully instead of asking you the same questions twice. We need the patient's age, what you have noticed about the bite, and how you are paying. Step 2: we route the request to local practices

Within one business day your request goes to licensed orthodontic practices that treat patients in your part of Loudoun County, usually no more than three of them. Providers in the network are checked for licensing and insurance coverage where that information is available, and no practice is ranked by payment.

Routing matters here because Ashburn is an unincorporated community wrapped around Route 7 and the Dulles Greenway, and families travel by car. A practice that suits a household in Ashburn Farm may not suit one in Brambleton or Broadlands, and a practice out toward Leesburg is a different trip again. A practice that keeps after-school slots is worth more to a parent than one that closes at 3pm.

Step 3: a practice evaluates and quotes in writing

It takes the records, sets the plan, does the work, handles the retainers at the end, and bills you or your plan directly. Our role ends at the introduction, and it costs you nothing.

What to have ready before you send the request

• The bite concern, described in your own words, plus any dentist referral or previous orthodontic evaluation.
